We use AI to be more human.
Most companies bolt AI onto a broken process and call it transformation. Backwards. The point of automating the rote work isn't to remove people. It's to give them back the work only people can do: judgement, relationships, care.
We don't have an AI strategy; AI is the operating system. Our delivery, our research, our ops and the page you're reading run on agents, with humans placed exactly where judgement belongs.
We don't sell AI. We rebuild businesses to run on it, and we run on it first.

Six systems. One loop.
Trees OS is not a consultancy with an AI practice. The company itself is the operating system: we run on it, we transform businesses with it, and we maintain what we build, all at once. Treelance is exhibit A, not phase one.
04 · Development ledger
This site was different last week.
An analyst agent reads the funnel every week and opens a pull request. A human merges, or refuses. The repository is its memory; this ledger is the receipt, rejections included. Nobody can fake this without doing the work. That's the point.
