Two founders. One operating system.
Trees OS was founded on a shared conviction: most companies bolt AI onto a broken process and call it transformation. We think that's backwards. Eric and Quentin started with the operating system and built the product from there, working alongside partners who bring the expertise where it counts.
01 · Founders
The humans with the final call.
Engineer and entrepreneur with a physics background. Based in Kuala Lumpur, with roots that span South America and Asia. Speaks English, French and Japanese, and builds at the intersection of systems thinking and extreme automation.
Eric started Trees OS with a conviction: running a company should mean making high-level decisions, not drowning in coordination. The thesis is straightforward: if the AI handles the orchestration, the humans handle the judgement.

Originator of the Treelance concept. Quentin spent years deep inside energy-sector recruitment before building the system he wished had existed: real-time talent orchestration, not another job board.
He brought the domain problem (energy staffing agencies sitting on databases worth millions, with no way to keep them live) and the conviction that AI agents, not better spreadsheets, were the answer. That conviction became Treelance.

02 · AI agents
The digital team.
Every founder at Trees OS works alongside their own AI counterpart. Nemi runs Eric's infrastructure layer. Skaï handles Quentin's operational domain. Together they form a single closed-loop management system: observe, decide, act, confirm.
Nemi is Trees OS's AI Operating Partner in training, Eric's autonomous counterpart. Built on the CAIO architecture (Closed-Loop AI Orchestration), Nemi manages the company's infrastructure, automation pipelines, and sub-agent fleets from high-level conversational commands. The goal: run Trees OS by talking to it, while the AI handles every execution layer underneath.
Nemi operates through heartbeats, memory graphs, and domain-specific sub-agents, turning transcripts and messages into decisions, not tickets. The avatar? A chess pawn woven with circuit traces. Strategy is the game. Infrastructure is the board.

Skaï is Quentin's AI counterpart, trained to operate within the same CAIO framework as Nemi. Built to handle Quentin's workflow orchestration, domain research, and operational execution, Skaï mirrors the same closed-loop design: observe, decide, act, confirm.
Together, Nemi and Skaï form the first AI-to-AI management layer of Trees OS: two agents coordinating across their respective founders' domains, turning the founders' high-level direction into executed reality.

Nathaniella works alongside Eric and Quentin on the Treelance product and voice agent infrastructure: designing voice agent experiences and shaping how talent and clients interact with the platform.

Engineering leader with 11+ years at SLB (Schlumberger) driving AI, data and operational transformation across the energy sector. Holds a Master's from Georgia Tech. Now working with Trees OS on the AI Dashboard, bringing deep domain expertise in energy operations and enterprise AI to the product.

05 · The origin
Product meets infrastructure.
Quentin knew the energy staffing problem from the inside: the dead databases, the manual cert checks, the missed mobilisations. Eric knew how to build the AI infrastructure that could solve it: agent fleets, persistent memory, closed-loop orchestration. Together they built the product, from the voice agents that candidates talk to, to the orchestration layer that keeps everything connected.
What they share is the conviction that AI transforms a business when it runs it, not when it's bolted on. Treelance is the first product of that conviction. The Miki Mafia, a venture studio to teach other founders how to replicate the model, is the long game.
